Cottage with 3 rooms plus kitchen with a beautiful view of Lake Bollung in southern Dalsland. 6 beds plus 2 sofa beds. Cosy country cottage close to a forested area. Suitable for families or fishing groups.

Lake Bollung is rich in nutrients and relatively shallow with an excellent stock of pike and perch. Fishing in the lake is not open to the public. When you rent "Paradise", fishing rights are included exclusively for you. (Although you might meet others with private fishing rights out on the lake.) A rowing boat is included in the price. A small motorboat is available at an extra cost.

Fishing tips: Trolling for pike with 2-3 floating wobblers or spoon baits, preferably in colours like orange, green and red. There is even an artificial spawning area with excellent perch fishing. Also good winter fishing with jig and ice-fishing tackle! Fishing guides are available during the winter.

Additional information: The cottage is located about 3 km north of Rådanesjön. Small game and deer hunting can also be arranged.

General requirements for booking cottages:
If you book more than 40 days in advance, a deposit of SEK 500:-/week is required. The deposit fee must be paid within 10 days of the booking confirmation. The deposit is then deducted from your rent. The remainder of the rent must be paid latest 40 days before your arrival date. If you booked less than 40 days in advance, the entire rent must be paid within 10 days. If you book to stay more than 30 days, you do not have to pay for the following 30 day periods until the last bank day before each new 30 day period begins.

If you cancel your reservation more than 40 days before the confirmed arrival date, you pay a service charge of SEK 500:-. If you cancel less than 40 days before the confirmed arrival date you must pay 90% of the rent. If you have paid more than what you owe at the time of cancellation you will receive payment of the difference immediately. If we can rent out the cottage to someone else we will refund the amount of the rent minus the service fee of SEK 500:-.
