The Bream
One
of the larger so-called white-fish. The weight is usually around 1 kg
and above. It is a fun fish to angle, and sometimes even surprises the
spinning rod-fishermen.
Angling for bream using leafworms or dough is both challenging and exciting fishing. The bream is not considered to be a gourmet dish, however a wintercatch boiled in jelly is supposed to be quite tasty.
